you're always on my mind
Excuse me while I just word vomit my emotions. (I also had a cocktail this week called the Yeah You Right, so figured it was a sign to write again) A person that I work with (and consider a friend) lost his dad yesterday, and it is stirring quite the feelings, especially since Tuesday will be 13 (THIRTEEN??) years since my dad has passed. When you hear of someone's parent passing, it sure does bring up the exact moment you heard the words and then, the exact moment you realized they were reality. I posted a blog 4 years ago on this topic (again, after the passing of someone a friend loved) and still feel like there's so much more to say... to do.... to express.
